Irish Property Law Update - January 2020

Issue 94 of our Irish Property Law Update is now live for subscribers to our online services. In this month's update, Professor John Wylie examines recent developments across 12 different areas of property law and practice. An excerpt from the section on equity reads:

'In Pigott v Delaney [2019] IEHC 789 Faherty J ruled that the parking of cars, boats and other vehicles on a turning area over which an adjoining property had a right of way to provide access to that property was an obstruction of this right of way. It rendered its use less convenient or more difficult and so involved a derogation from grant. See also, para 3.155.'
