In June of this year, EU Directive 2019/1152 on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions was adopted with an implementation date of August 2022. Poland files complaint with ECJ over copyright changes

On Monday, 15 April 2019, the Council of the European Union gave the green light to the new copyright directive, which aimed to bring the EU's regime on copyright up to speed with modern technologies.
